Idag blev det ett halvtaskigt ryggpass som förmodligen kommer ge en bra träningsvärk ändå. Körde inte intensivt GVT pass idag utan lugnare för att vänja in kroppen igen då jag inte är helt frisk ännu.

Blev väldigt kort men det räckte gott och väl för idag. Saknade en smal rodd och stående rodd från ett vanligt schema men det dög ändå, eftersom jag är glad att jag överhuvudtaget kunde stå upp. Imorgon är det ben vilket blir kul att testa och se den träningsvärk som kommer följa. 
 
Fick en kommentar av en läsare om att jag var snabbt på benen igen efter att ändå legat i svininfluensan. En kommentar som jag har full förståelse för. Jag måste nämligen säga att svininfluensan faktiskt var en av de värre sakerna jag varit med om, trots att jag varit med om ganska mycket saker. De tre första dagarna var helt otroliga. Enorm huvudvärk och över 40 graders feber i 3 dagar i STRÄCK. Hur mycket alvedon, ipren, tramadol eller annan medicin jag tog för att dämpa detta, så spyddes det ut. Men eftersom att jag MÅSTE åka in till akuten så fort jag får hög feber(på order av min läkare, pga cellgifter)så fick jag antibiotika fort. Jag fick ju feber klockan 5 på morgonen och var inne på akuten klockan 12 på dagen och hade tagit blodprover. Hade jag inte haft alla mediciner samt SLE i bakgrunden så hade jag aldrig åkt in till akuten för lite feber och huvudvärk såklart! Därmed kunde jag starta antibiotikakuren redan samma dag som jag "fick diagnosen" vilket gav mig en väldigt snabb återhämtning.
 
Det tog iallafall ungefär 3 dagar tills skiten försvann och sedan var det bara illamående och lite lätt huvudvärk från det där penicillinet som har spökat. Så idag är faktiskt det mesta borta förutom en liten hosta och snorighet vilket ger mig själv klartecken för gymbesök! Nu har jag även kommit hem från en promenad med min bror och sitter och sippar på min coola shaker. I locket sitter en batteridriven mixerstav som går rätt ned i shakern. Därmed mixar man proteinpulver eller annat som i en mixer, fast i en plastshake! Fett nice!
 
Nu ska här ätas något gott som min bror håller på och knåpar ihop! Mums med mat!
